What to bring when your pet is boarding with us:
— Your pet’s food (in a resealable container with feeding instructions)
If needed, we can provide food (Purina EN, a gastrointestinal formula) for an additional $5/day.
— Your pet’s favorite toy, an item that smells like home, anything that would make your pet feel more comfortable during his/her stay.
— Your pet’s medications (Medications must be in the original prescription or manufacturer container. It is acceptable to separate the medications into a pill organizer for dispensing as long as the original containers are also included in the pet’s belongings.)
What we provide:
— Blankets, Mutt Mats, Beds
— Food & Water Bowls
— Elevated Beds & Elevated Bowls as needed (Please call ahead to ensure we have these options available for your pet’s stay if needed)
— Milk Bones (if your pet is allowed to have these as a treat/reward)
NEW DROP-OFF & PICK-UP TIMES, effective 6/9/2025:
To keep things running smoothly and give every pet the cleanest, most comfortable stay possible, we’re updating our check-in and check-out times (just like a hotel!):
• Drop-Off: 4–6 PM daily
• Pickup: 8 AM–12 PM daily
Please note that you CAN drop off early or pick up late. There is a $20 fee associated with this and it will need to be reserved in advance.Pricing is per pet.

Policies & Procedures:
Vaccinations: For any service, all vaccines are required and must be given a minimum of 2 weeks prior to boarding dates. Vaccination certificates will be requested from the pet's veterinary clinic, or owners can provide this information via email pawsitivelyposhpetresort@gmail.com.
Canines: All dogs must be vaccinated for Rabies, Canine Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella.
Felines: All cats must be vaccinated for Rabies and Feline Distemper.
Medications: All medications must be in the original prescription or manufacturer container. It is acceptable to separate the medications into a pill organizer for dispensing as long as the original containers are also included in the pet's belongings.
Food: We highly recommend bringing your own pet’s food. If no food is provided, we will feed Purina EN, a high quality, veterinarian-recommended Gastrointestinal Formula at owner’s expense of $5 per day. If you bring food, it must be in a resealable container and can be brought as individual meals or in one single container.
Cancellation Policy: Clients must cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment so that it may be made available to others. Cancellations must be made during business hours (Monday-Friday 8am-6pm or Saturday 8am-4pm).
Late Cancellation and/or No Show Policy: If any appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, the client will be charged 50% of the grooming charge per pet. In addition, full grooming price will be required to rebook any future appointments at our resort.
