RESORT MANAGER & CREATIVE DESIGNER

Kailey was born and raised in Greeneville, Tennessee and is a graduate of Chuckey-Doak High School. She also holds a degree in Psychology from Walters State.

If you have been to our resort, chances are you’ve seen Kailey at the front desk! Kailey has always loved animals, and makes a great greeter! As a naturally chatty and outgoing person, Kailey enjoys getting to know all of the pet parents and making sure every furry guest feels comfortable and Kailey was born and raised in Greeneville, Tennessee, and is a proud graduate of Chuckey-Doak High School. She also holds a degree in Psychology from Walters State Community College.

If you’ve visited Pawsitively Posh, chances are you’ve met Kailey! With her naturally outgoing personality and gift for connecting with others, she has a way of making both our pet parents and furry guests feel right at home.

Over the years, Kailey has grown into an incredibly important part of the Posh family and now proudly serves as our Resort Manager. While you may still occasionally find her greeting customers at the front desk, her impact reaches into nearly every part of our resort.

Kailey has become the heart behind our professional brand, bringing her creativity and eye for design to so much of what you see from Pawsitively Posh. She also plays an important role in developing our team through staff training, continuing education, and certifications—helping ensure that our team continues to grow, learn, and provide the very best care possible.

Perhaps most importantly, Kailey is one of our team's biggest cheerleaders. She celebrates accomplishments, encourages growth, brings fresh ideas to the table, and is always looking for ways to make Pawsitively Posh better for our pets, clients, and staff.

Outside of work, Kailey loves spending time outdoors and with her large, close-knit family, her boyfriend, Sam, and her own furry crew—her cats, Snoopy and Mudd, and her pup, Stormi, whom she adopted from Pawsitively Posh Pet Rescue!

Kailey's warmth, creativity, leadership, and genuine love for people and animals have made her an irreplaceable part of who we are. We are incredibly blessed to have her leading, creating, encouraging, and always cheering on all things Posh!

RESCUE COORDINATOR & CREATIVE DESIGNER

Kayla recently graduated high school and is excited to begin the next chapter of her life—although animals and Pawsitively Posh have already played a pretty big role in the story so far!

Kayla and Robin have shared an incredibly close bond for most of Kayla’s life, which means she has also spent years surrounded by animals. Long before Pawsitively Posh became what it is today, Kayla was helping with pet sitting, house sitting, and spending time at the veterinary clinic alongside Robin. Those early experiences gave her hands-on exposure to animals of every size, breed, personality, and need—and helped shape the compassionate and capable young woman she is today.

As Pawsitively Posh has grown, Kayla has grown right alongside it. She has worked throughout nearly every area of our Resort & Spa and has become someone our team can always count on to jump in wherever she is needed.

Her heart, however, has found a special home within Pawsitively Posh Pet Rescue. Kayla has stepped into a leadership role with our rescue mission, working tirelessly behind the scenes to help our animals receive the care, attention, and opportunities they deserve. From getting to know each rescue's individual personality and needs to helping connect them with the families who will love them forever, Kayla has become an important part of every happily-ever-after we get to celebrate.

Her compassion for animals is matched by her determination to advocate for them, and she takes tremendous pride in helping each rescue go from uncertain beginnings to a safe, happy future.

Throughout her school years, Kayla was also active in athletics, playing for the AHAVA Travel Volleyball team and serving as a cheerleader at her previous school. The teamwork, dedication, and determination she developed through athletics continue to shine through in the way she approaches her work today.

When she isn't caring for the Posh crew, Kayla loves spending time outdoors, hiking, making memories with friends, family, and Travis, her boyfriend. She also loves spending time with her own furry family—Loki, her Miniature Schnauzer; Bo, her Goldendoodle; and Lottie, her rescue kitten.

And while her favorite dog breed may be the Mini Aussiedoodle, her favorite animal of all is actually the elephant!

Kayla has quite literally grown up loving animals alongside us, and watching her develop that love into a passion for rescue has been incredibly special. We are so proud to have her helping lead the mission of saving lives, finding families, and giving deserving animals the second chances they need.

RECEPTIONIST

Some of the best members of the Posh family start out as customers—and Amanda is the perfect example!

If you've visited Pawsitively Posh on a weekend, there's a good chance you've been greeted by Amanda's smiling face. A dedicated educator by day and animal lover always, Amanda has become an invaluable part of our front office team, helping keep everything organized while making sure our pet parents and furry guests feel right at home.

As a full-time teacher, Amanda brings an incredible combination of organization, patience, creativity, and attention to detail to Pawsitively Posh. Whether she's managing reservations, answering questions, helping solve a problem, keeping everyone on schedule, or simply stopping to give out a few extra treats and belly rubs, she is always willing to jump in wherever she's needed.

Even when the school year keeps her busy, Amanda is never far from the Posh family. She regularly checks in, lends a helping hand after hours, and is always willing to step up when our team needs a little extra support. She is the kind of person who doesn't just show up for a job—she shows up for her people.

Amanda's love for animals is especially personal because of her beloved pup, Roxxy. Caring for a dog with epilepsy has given Amanda firsthand experience with the patience, attentiveness, compassion, and consistency that pets with unique needs sometimes require. She understands just how much trust it takes to place a beloved pet in someone else's care, and she carries that understanding into every interaction with our clients.

Outside of teaching and Pawsitively Posh, Amanda loves spending time outdoors, making memories with friends and family, and, of course, adventuring with Roxxy by her side.

What began with Amanda walking through our doors as a customer has grown into something so much more. She has become a trusted teammate, a familiar face to our customers, and a treasured member of the Pawsitively Posh family.

We are incredibly grateful for the kindness, dependability, and heart Amanda brings to all things Posh—and we're even more grateful that somewhere along the way, one of our customers became family.

RECEPTIONIST

We are so excited to welcome Angie to the Pawsitively Posh family as one of our Receptionists! From the moment she joined our team, Angie fit right in, and we are incredibly thankful to have her as the friendly face greeting our clients and their beloved pets.

Angie has been a part of Resort Manager Kailey's life since she was little, so when the opportunity arose to add another receptionist to our team, we were thrilled that Angie wanted to be a part of the Posh family.

Outside of the resort, Angie is a devoted mom to her two children, Madi and Brayden. Their family also shares their home with a wonderful crew of animals, including three dogs and four cats, so it's safe to say their house is filled with love, laughter, and plenty of furry friends! When she isn't at the resort, Angie enjoys spending quality time with her family and riding horses whenever she gets the chance.

One of Angie's favorite things about working at Pawsitively Posh is meeting the incredible variety of animals who come through our doors each day. She has a special place in her heart for pit bulls and pit bull mixes, and she has already fallen head over heels for one of our rescue pups, Roscoe.

We're so grateful that Angie chose to become part of our team, and we know our clients and their pets will love getting to know her just as much as we have. Welcome to the Posh family, Angie!

KENNEL TECHNICIAN

Terry is one of the caring hearts behind Pawsitively Posh, and his love for animals shines through in everything he does. While his favorite breed may be the Shih Tzu, Terry believes that every pet deserves to feel safe, loved, and cherished from the moment they walk through our doors.

Terry plays an important role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and comfort of our resort. He works diligently to ensure every area is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and routinely inspected so that our guests can enjoy a safe and welcoming environment.

One of Terry's most meaningful experiences at the resort was the special bond he formed with Rufus, one of our rescue dogs. Through patience, kindness, and dedication, Terry helped Rufus overcome past trauma, build confidence, and learn to trust again. His compassion extends to all of our rescue pets, as he spends countless hours socializing them, giving extra treats, taking them on walks and car rides, and helping them prepare for their forever homes.

Many of our rescue dogs—and even some of our more timid boarding guests—have blossomed under Terry's gentle care. It's not uncommon to find him sitting on the floor with a nervous pup, offering comfort and reassurance until they feel secure. His calm presence and genuine devotion help make Pawsitively Posh a place where every pet feels at home.

Outside of the resort, Terry enjoys spending time with his wife, Sally, and their beloved dog, Baby. He also enjoys socializing with friends and family and is an avid fan of car racing.

KENNEL TECHNICIAN

We first met Clayton through his mom, our very own Starr! What started as occasional visits to the resort and helping out with small tasks quickly grew into a strong connection with someone we know we can always count on.

Clayton has always had a love for animals, and they seem to love him right back. Whether he's spending time with playful puppies or cuddling kittens, his calm and caring nature helps animals feel comfortable and at ease. While he has a special soft spot for cats and kittens, Clayton is just as passionate about caring for dogs and making sure every pet receives the attention and affection they deserve.

His reliability, positive attitude, and genuine love for animals make him a valued part of the Pawsitively Posh family!

GROOMER

Tammy has been in the animal industry for 30 years, with 15 of those being a pet stylist. She believes that continuing education in this field is very important for the safety and well-being of our fur kids! Tammy's passion is senior dogs, and she really enjoys building their trust to truly make their grooming session relaxing and as positive as possible! She also enjoys transforming a "dirty dog" into the beautiful dog they are. Tammy loves to talk to the dogs she's grooming to build rapport with them!

Outside of grooming, Tammy loves to paint, spend time with friends, and love on her three pups: Dean, Crowley, and Sammy. Other fun facts about Tammy include: she’s an avid fan of the hit show, Supernatural; she's a red belt in Tae Kwon Do; and she enjoys SINGO and Trivia nights to unwind.

As our first resident groomer, Tammy has become an integral part of our resort. Whether she is working on a client’s dog, assessing & addressing any grooming issues with our rescues, or training our staff in the bathing room, Tammy can be found in every part of our business! We owe a lot of our success to Tammy, and we are so thankful to have her with us on this journey!

GROOMER & CERTIFIED KENNEL TECHNICIAN

With over 25 years in the pet grooming industry, Starr brings a wealth of knowledge to our spa! Starr began her career as a bather, then became a full time groomer & was also Kennel Manager at a local veterinary hospital for several years!

Her favorite breeds to groom are Doodles & Australian Shepherds, and the most satisfying part of the job is the satisfaction of making pets feel and look more beautiful when they leave her salon! Starr is also a longtime cat groomer, adding yet another service to our spa menu!

Since joining our family, Starr has perfected her skills, especially with the large breed dogs. She tends to have hands on every large breed who enters our resort. Although the larger breeds can sometimes take more time & energy, Starr never backs down from the challenge.

Outside of the spa, Starr enjoys spending time with friends & family, encouraging others in her walk with Jesus, and training to be the best groomer she can be. Starr has adopted two of our rescue pups, Ruby & Bruiser, and she gives them the best lives possible.

We are forever grateful for our Starr, and we cannot wait to watch her shine brightly as our spa continues to grow!

BATHER & KENNEL TECHNICIAN

Eden joined the Pawsitively Posh family after being highly recommended by one of our wonderful clients and friends. From the moment she came to meet our team, her enthusiasm, positive attitude, and willingness to help wherever needed were immediately apparent. As our resort continued to experience tremendous growth, we were searching for the perfect addition to our grooming department—and Eden eagerly stepped into the role of full-time bather, where she has truly excelled.

With a genuine love for animals and a calming presence, Eden plays an essential role in helping each pet feel safe, comfortable, and cared for during their spa experience. Her compassion extends beyond our clients' pets and into our rescue program as well. She formed especially meaningful bonds with two of our rescue dogs, Copa and Lily, and recently finalized the adoption of Cassiopeia, another beloved rescue. Watching their connection grow has been incredibly rewarding, and the impact they have had on one another is truly special.

Outside of the resort, Eden enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing with her cat, Binx, and pursuing her passion for music and theater.

We are incredibly grateful to have Eden as part of the Pawsitively Posh family. Her dedication, kindness, and love for animals make her a valued member of our team, and we look forward to all that we will accomplish together as we continue to grow.

KENNEL ASSISTANT

Katy's journey with Pawsitively Posh began as a valued client, bringing her beloved dog, Theo, to enjoy our daycare and boarding services. It didn't take long for us to notice her genuine love for animals, kind heart, and dependable nature. When the opportunity arose for Katy to join our team, we knew she would be a perfect fit for the Posh family!

Katy is an energetic, compassionate young woman who loves spending time outdoors, whether she's biking, hiking, or exploring with Theo by her side. Her enthusiasm for learning, strong work ethic, and natural connection with animals shine through in everything she does.

At the resort, Katy helps create a safe, loving, and positive experience for every pet in our care. She takes pride in making sure each dog feels comfortable, happy, and well-loved during their stay, and her gentle, patient approach quickly wins over both pets and their families.

With her warm personality, willingness to lend a helping hand, and heartfelt dedication to animal care, Katy has become a wonderful addition to our team. We are excited to watch her continue to grow and thrive as part of the Pawsitively Posh family for years to come.

RECEPTIONIST

Sara brings years of experience in both administrative work and pet care, making her a wonderful addition to the Pawsitively Posh family. Her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and genuine passion for animals help keep our front office running smoothly each day. Whether you're dropping off for a stay or stopping by for a visit, you can always count on Sara to greet you and your pets with a warm smile and friendly welcome.

A lifelong animal lover, Sara understands the special bond between pets and their families and is dedicated to ensuring every guest feels right at home. She has a particular soft spot for our smaller boarding dogs and loves keeping them up front in Reception whenever possible, where they can enjoy extra attention, cuddles, and companionship throughout the day. Sara also enjoys sending photo updates to their families, helping pet parents stay connected and reassured while their furry loved ones are away.

When she's not at the resort, Sara enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, exploring, and playing ball with her beloved dog, June Bug.

CERTIFIED KENNEL TECHNICIAN

Chiloh is a hardworking and compassionate member of the Pawsitively Posh team who truly enjoys getting to know each dog in our care. Her favorite part of the job is spending quality time with the dogs, learning their individual personalities and preferences, and making sure they feel loved, comfortable, and right at home while they’re with us.

While Chiloh is typically drawn to the big, fluffy breeds, one very special pup has completely stolen her heart — Thor, one of our Pawsitively Posh rescue dogs! Thor quickly became Chiloh’s favorite rescue, so naturally, there was no one else she would rather have by her side for her team profile picture.

A graduate of West Greene High School, Chiloh is a country girl at heart with a love for country music — and an especially big love for Dolly Parton!

Outside of work, Chiloh enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Michael, and their pittie mix, Arthur. She also loves collecting Pioneer Woman items and adding new pieces to her collection.

Chiloh’s genuine love for animals shines through in the relationships she builds with the pets in our care. Whether she’s loving on a longtime boarding guest, getting to know a new pup, or sneaking in some extra time with Thor, she helps make Pawsitively Posh a place where every dog is treated like family.

CERTIFIED KENNEL TECHNICIAN

From the moment Briana came in for her working interview, we had a feeling she belonged at Pawsitively Posh! It didn’t take long for us to see her strong work ethic, willingness to jump in wherever needed, and—most importantly—her genuine love for the animals in our care.

Now officially part of our team as a Kennel Technician, Briana has continued to prove that we made the right choice. She is reliable, hardworking, and takes genuine pride in doing her job well. Whether she’s caring for our boarding guests, helping with our rescue animals, cleaning, or tackling the many tasks that keep our days running smoothly, Briana approaches her work with dedication and care.

In pet care, the little things matter. We appreciate having someone who understands that a clean space, careful attention, and an extra moment of love can make a big difference in an animal’s day.

We are incredibly thankful to have Briana on our team and are excited to watch her continue to learn, grow, and become an even bigger part of the Pawsitively Posh family!

KENNEL ASSISTANT

Meet Kadynce, one of our dedicated Kennel Assistants and an all-around animal enthusiast! Having been a part of Robin and Kayla's lives for many years, Kadynce feels right at home here at Pawsitively Posh. Her lifelong love for animals, combined with her hands-on experience working with a variety of farm animals, makes her a valuable member of our team.

Kadynce has quickly formed strong bonds with many of our rescue pets, and she shares a particularly special connection with Romeo, one of our lovable pittie mixes. Whether she's caring for our rescue animals, helping with daily tasks around the resort, or simply spending quality time with the pets in our care, Kadynce always brings kindness, patience, and compassion to everything she does.

Outside of the resort, Kadynce is a student at South Greene High School, where she proudly participates in the Color Guard. After graduation, she plans to attend college and pursue her dream of becoming a forensic scientist. In her free time, Kadynce enjoys reading, playing softball, taking well-deserved naps, and expressing her creativity through a variety of arts and crafts projects.

We are proud to have Kadynce as part of the Pawsitively Posh family and know the pets love her just as much as we do!

VOLUNTEER

Grace’s journey with Pawsitively Posh began long before she became part of our team! She first came to know us as a client when her family trusted our resort with their pets for boarding and grooming. Before long, their connection to Pawsitively Posh grew even stronger when they adopted Aurora, a beautiful Husky mix, from our rescue.

After spending time around the resort and rescue, Grace decided she wanted to get more involved and began volunteering with us. Since then, she has become a wonderful helping hand, pitching in with both resort and rescue responsibilities wherever she is needed.

And apparently, one Pawsitively Posh rescue just wasn’t enough! Grace’s family later returned when they were ready to add another four-legged family member and adopted Mavis, an Australian Shepherd. We especially love getting to watch our rescue animals continue to be part of the Posh family long after adoption!

Around here, one of Grace’s favorite places to be is the cat room, where she can usually be found surrounded — and sometimes completely bombarded — by affection from our rescue cats! She also genuinely enjoys cleaning and organizing, spending time playing with our daycare and boarding guests, and jumping in to lend a hand wherever she sees something that needs to be done.

Grace’s willingness to help, love for our animals, and connection to both sides of our mission make her a special part of the Pawsitively Posh family. From client, to adopter, to volunteer and team member, we’re so happy that Pawsitively Posh became a place Grace chose to call her own, too!

KENNEL ASSISTANT

Ethan is a valued member of our Pawsitively Posh team, and we are so grateful to have him caring for the pets entrusted to us each day! He truly enjoys working with animals and collaborating with his coworkers to ensure every guest receives the very best care, attention, and love during their stay.

When it comes to our rescue family, Juju and Buster hold a special place in Ethan's heart—though he'd be the first to tell you that he loves every animal who comes through our doors!

Outside of the resort, Ethan enjoys spending time hiking, making memories with family and friends, and enjoying the outdoors whenever he can.

Having Ethan on our team is especially meaningful because his parents have been wonderful friends and loyal clients of Pawsitively Posh since the very beginning. Watching this come full circle and welcoming Ethan as a permanent part of our Posh Family has been such a blessing. We are thankful for his compassion, dedication, and the positive energy he brings to our team every day!

CAT CARE SPECIALIST & CERTIFIED KENNEL TECHNICIAN

Amy is one of the wonderful faces behind our weekend team at Pawsitively Posh! Dependable, hardworking, and always willing to jump in wherever she’s needed, Amy plays an important role in keeping our resort clean, comfortable, and running smoothly while making sure every animal in our care feels right at home.

Amy is certainly no stranger to hard work and dedication. Before joining our team, she spent many years running her own successful restaurant business, giving her firsthand experience in what it takes to stay organized, work as part of a team, and keep things moving in a busy environment. That same strong work ethic and commitment shine through in everything she does at Pawsitively Posh.

While Amy loves all of our furry guests, it’s no secret that the cats have her heart! Our feline guests and rescue kitties can always count on Amy for a little extra attention, affection, and TLC. Her gentle nature and genuine love for animals make her a natural when it comes to caring for our feline friends.

Behind the scenes, Amy helps tackle the never-ending laundry, keeps our pet areas fresh and welcoming, and supports the rest of the team wherever an extra set of hands is needed. Her reliability, positive attitude, and willingness to work hard make her an important part of our weekend crew.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her other half, Michael, their pets at home, and her family and friends. Whether she’s surrounded by the animals at Pawsitively Posh or enjoying time with the people and pets she loves most, Amy’s caring personality is easy to see.

PROPERTY MANAGER

Drew has been a dog lover his entire life and is no stranger to caring for animals. His passion for this industry centers around the safety, comfort, and well-being of every pet entrusted to our care. Alongside his best buddy, Duke, Drew helps maintain our property, provides support wherever it is needed, and works behind the scenes to help ensure a safe environment for our staff, clients, and furry guests.

When he's not at the resort, Drew enjoys spending time with family, friends, Robin, and their many pets. He is an avid woodworker who loves designing and building custom pieces, spending time on the water fishing, and cheering on his favorite team—Duke Men's Basketball.

Drew's vision, dedication, and craftsmanship are woven into every corner of Pawsitively Posh. He designed the floor plan for our entire resort and spa, personally constructed each boarding run by hand, and continually works to improve and expand our facility. His commitment to creating a safe, comfortable, and enriching environment for pets is a big part of what makes Pawsitively Posh the special place it is today.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Behind the scenes of Pawsitively Posh, you'll find Cathy—Robin's mother and the organizational heart of our resort. As our Office Administrator, Cathy handles payroll, employee onboarding, legal documentation, finances, inventory management, and countless other responsibilities that help keep everything running smoothly each day.

Known by our team as the resident lunch provider, Cathy also makes it her mission to ensure everyone is well cared for, well supported, and, most importantly, well fed! Her nurturing spirit and dedication help create the family atmosphere that makes Pawsitively Posh such a special place to work and visit.

Outside of the resort, Cathy enjoys spending time with her husband, Chuck, their beloved rescue dog Jax, and traveling with Robin during the resort's quieter seasons. Jax holds a special place in the family, having been rescued by Robin in 2017.

Long before Pawsitively Posh became a reality, Cathy believed in the dream. She worked alongside Robin and Drew from the very beginning, helping design, plan, and bring the full Posh vision to life. Her unwavering support, dedication, and countless hours of hard work have played an essential role in the success of the resort. Simply put, Pawsitively Posh would not be what it is today without Cathy.
