RESORT MANAGER & CREATIVE DESIGNER

Kailey was born and raised in Greeneville, Tennessee and is a graduate of Chuckey-Doak High School. She also holds a degree in Psychology from Walters State.

If you have been to our resort, chances are you’ve seen Kailey at the front desk! Kailey has always loved animals, and makes a great greeter! As a naturally chatty and outgoing person, Kailey enjoys getting to know all of the pet parents and making sure every furry guest feels comfortable and happy.

When she’s not at work, you’ll often find Kailey enjoying the outdoors, spending time with her large and loving family, her boyfriend Sam, or doting on her two cats & her pup, Stormi, who she adopted from our rescue!

With a natural talent for connecting with others, she brings warmth and a personal touch to every interaction.

Kailey has become a very important part of our team, and she leads the way in creativity & design. We are so blessed to have Kailey as our Resort Manager!

RESCUE COORDINATOR & CREATIVE DESIGNER

Kayla recently graduated high school and is excited to begin the next chapter of her life. Throughout her school years, she was actively involved in athletics, playing for the AHAVA Travel Volleyball team and serving as a cheerleader at her previous school. Her dedication, teamwork, and positive attitude shine through in everything she does.

Because Kayla and Robin have shared a close bond for most of her life, she has spent years helping with pet sitting, house sitting, and assisting at the veterinary clinic. These experiences gave her hands-on exposure to animals of all sizes and personalities, helping her develop the confidence and skills that make her such an important part of the Pawsitively Posh team today.

Kayla has a genuine passion for animals and plays a vital role throughout our resort. She has also taken the lead on the rescue side of our business, working tirelessly to ensure that every rescue pet finds the loving, forever home they deserve. Her compassion, dedication, and commitment to animal welfare make a lasting impact on both the pets and families she helps.

When she's not at the resort, Kayla enjoys spending time with her own furry family members: Loki, her Miniature Schnauzer; Bo, her Goldendoodle; and Lottie, her rescue kitten. She also loves hiking, spending time outdoors, and making memories with friends and family. While elephants are her favorite animal overall, her favorite dog breed is the Mini Aussiedoodle!

RECEPTIONIST

If you've visited Pawsitively Posh on a weekend, chances are you've been greeted by our sweet Amanda! A dedicated teacher by day and animal lover by night, Amanda helps keep things running smoothly behind the scenes—from managing bookings and answering questions to handing out treats and belly rubs.

As a full-time educator, Amanda brings incredible organization, creativity, and attention to detail to our front office team. Her ability to juggle schedules, solve problems, and connect with both people and pets makes her an invaluable part of the Pawsitively Posh family. While the school year keeps her busy, she still checks in on us regularly and is always willing to lend a helping hand after hours whenever needed.

Amanda's love for animals is deeply personal. As the devoted owner of Roxxy, an epileptic dog, she understands the importance of patience, compassion, and attentive care. That experience has given her a special appreciation for the trust families place in us and helps her connect with pet parents who have animals with unique needs.

When she's not teaching or helping at the resort, Amanda enjoys spending time outdoors, making memories with friends, and, of course, adventuring with Roxxy. We are incredibly grateful that Amanda first came to us as a customer and quickly became family. Her kindness, dedication, and genuine love for both people and pets make her a treasured member of the Pawsitively Posh team.

KENNEL TECHNICIAN

Terry is one of the caring hearts behind Pawsitively Posh, and his love for animals shines through in everything he does. While his favorite breed may be the Shih Tzu, Terry believes that every pet deserves to feel safe, loved, and cherished from the moment they walk through our doors.

Terry plays an important role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and comfort of our resort. He works diligently to ensure every area is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and routinely inspected so that our guests can enjoy a safe and welcoming environment.

One of Terry's most meaningful experiences at the resort was the special bond he formed with Rufus, one of our rescue dogs. Through patience, kindness, and dedication, Terry helped Rufus overcome past trauma, build confidence, and learn to trust again. His compassion extends to all of our rescue pets, as he spends countless hours socializing them, giving extra treats, taking them on walks and car rides, and helping them prepare for their forever homes.

Many of our rescue dogs—and even some of our more timid boarding guests—have blossomed under Terry's gentle care. It's not uncommon to find him sitting on the floor with a nervous pup, offering comfort and reassurance until they feel secure. His calm presence and genuine devotion help make Pawsitively Posh a place where every pet feels at home.

Outside of the resort, Terry enjoys spending time with his wife, Sally, and their beloved dog, Baby. He also enjoys socializing with friends and family and is an avid fan of car racing.

KENNEL TECHNICIAN

Robin and Marja first met while Robin was working at a previous veterinary clinic where Marja was a client, so when Marja reached out about joining the Pawsitively Posh team, Robin couldn't have been more excited!

Since joining our crew, Marja has become an invaluable part of the Pawsitively Posh family. Her dedication, compassion, and work ethic shine through in everything she does. Whether she's caring for our boarding guests, assisting with rescue animals, or making sure every dog receives plenty of love and attention, Marja consistently goes above and beyond.

With a genuine passion for animal care, Marja treats every pet as if they were her own. Her reliability, positive attitude, and willingness to help wherever needed make her someone both our team and our clients can always count on. The animals absolutely adore her, and we're incredibly grateful for the love and care she brings to our resort each day.

We are so thankful to have Marja as part of the Pawsitively Posh family and look forward to watching her continue to grow and play an even bigger role in our future!

KENNEL TECHNICIAN

We first met Clayton through his mom, our very own Starr! What started as occasional visits to the resort and helping out with small tasks quickly grew into a strong connection with someone we know we can always count on.

Clayton has always had a love for animals, and they seem to love him right back. Whether he's spending time with playful puppies or cuddling kittens, his calm and caring nature helps animals feel comfortable and at ease. While he has a special soft spot for cats and kittens, Clayton is just as passionate about caring for dogs and making sure every pet receives the attention and affection they deserve.

His reliability, positive attitude, and genuine love for animals make him a valued part of the Pawsitively Posh family!

KENNEL TECHNICIAN

Katie has been part of the Posh family since the very beginning — first as a loyal client, trusting us with her two pups, Chase and Poppy. Over the years, we’ve loved caring for her dogs and building a relationship with her. Today, we’re proud to call Katie not just a client, but an invaluable member of our Posh team.

Katie has a heart for all animals, but she has a special place for our rescue pitties. She goes above and beyond to ensure our kennel is spotless, organized, and fully stocked, and she makes certain that every pet in our care receives individual attention. No detail is too small, and no animal is ever overlooked on her watch.

In addition to her incredible work ethic, Katie brings innovation to our resort. She’s introduced new time-saving methods and fresh ideas that have helped elevate our daily operations — even training Robin on a few of them! Her leadership, initiative, and commitment to excellence make a measurable difference every single day.

Outside of the resort, Katie treasures time with her wonderful family. She and her husband, Chris, are proud parents to three boys: Preston, Garron, and Kameron. Preston has already become a valued part of our Posh community, volunteering his time and sharing his love for animals with us. This past Christmas, their family also opened their hearts and home to two of our rescue kittens, Snickers and Oliver.

Katie embodies the compassion, dedication, and teamwork that define Pawsitively Posh. We are beyond grateful to have her as part of our family — both professionally and personally!

GROOMER

Tammy has been in the animal industry for 30 years, with 15 of those being a pet stylist. She believes that continuing education in this field is very important for the safety and well-being of our fur kids! Tammy's passion is senior dogs, and she really enjoys building their trust to truly make their grooming session relaxing and as positive as possible! She also enjoys transforming a "dirty dog" into the beautiful dog they are. Tammy loves to talk to the dogs she's grooming to build rapport with them!

Outside of grooming, Tammy loves to paint, spend time with friends, and love on her three pups: Dean, Crowley, and Sammy. Other fun facts about Tammy include: she’s an avid fan of the hit show, Supernatural; she's a red belt in Tae Kwon Do; and she enjoys SINGO and Trivia nights to unwind.

As our first resident groomer, Tammy has become an integral part of our resort. Whether she is working on a client’s dog, assessing & addressing any grooming issues with our rescues, or training our staff in the bathing room, Tammy can be found in every part of our business! We owe a lot of our success to Tammy, and we are so thankful to have her with us on this journey!

GROOMER

With over 25 years in the pet grooming industry, Starr brings a wealth of knowledge to our spa! Starr began her career as a bather, then became a full time groomer & was also Kennel Manager at a local veterinary hospital for several years!

Her favorite breeds to groom are Doodles & Australian Shepherds, and the most satisfying part of the job is the satisfaction of making pets feel and look more beautiful when they leave her salon! Starr is also a longtime cat groomer, adding yet another service to our spa menu!

Since joining our family, Starr has perfected her skills, especially with the large breed dogs. She tends to have hands on every large breed who enters our resort. Although the larger breeds can sometimes take more time & energy, Starr never backs down from the challenge.

Outside of the spa, Starr enjoys spending time with friends & family, encouraging others in her walk with Jesus, and training to be the best groomer she can be. Starr has adopted two of our rescue pups, Ruby & Bruiser, and she gives them the best lives possible.

We are forever grateful for our Starr, and we cannot wait to watch her shine brightly as our spa continues to grow!

BATHER & KENNEL TECHNICIAN

Eden joined the Pawsitively Posh family after being highly recommended by one of our wonderful clients and friends. From the moment she came to meet our team, her enthusiasm, positive attitude, and willingness to help wherever needed were immediately apparent. As our resort continued to experience tremendous growth, we were searching for the perfect addition to our grooming department—and Eden eagerly stepped into the role of full-time bather, where she has truly excelled.

With a genuine love for animals and a calming presence, Eden plays an essential role in helping each pet feel safe, comfortable, and cared for during their spa experience. Her compassion extends beyond our clients' pets and into our rescue program as well. She formed especially meaningful bonds with two of our rescue dogs, Copa and Lily, and recently finalized the adoption of Cassiopeia, another beloved rescue. Watching their connection grow has been incredibly rewarding, and the impact they have had on one another is truly special.

Outside of the resort, Eden enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing with her cat, Binx, and pursuing her passion for music and theater.

KENNEL ASSISTANT

Katy's journey with Pawsitively Posh began as a valued client, bringing her beloved dog, Theo, to enjoy our daycare and boarding services. It didn't take long for us to notice her genuine love for animals, kind heart, and dependable nature. When the opportunity arose for Katy to join our team, we knew she would be a perfect fit for the Posh family!

Katy is an energetic, compassionate young woman who loves spending time outdoors, whether she's biking, hiking, or exploring with Theo by her side. Her enthusiasm for learning, strong work ethic, and natural connection with animals shine through in everything she does.

At the resort, Katy helps create a safe, loving, and positive experience for every pet in our care. She takes pride in making sure each dog feels comfortable, happy, and well-loved during their stay, and her gentle, patient approach quickly wins over both pets and their families.

With her warm personality, willingness to lend a helping hand, and heartfelt dedication to animal care, Katy has become a wonderful addition to our team. We are excited to watch her continue to grow and thrive as part of the Pawsitively Posh family for years to come.

RECEPTIONIST

Sara brings years of experience in both administrative work and pet care, making her a wonderful addition to the Pawsitively Posh family. Her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and genuine passion for animals help keep our front office running smoothly each day. Whether you're dropping off for a stay or stopping by for a visit, you can always count on Sara to greet you and your pets with a warm smile and friendly welcome.

A lifelong animal lover, Sara understands the special bond between pets and their families and is dedicated to ensuring every guest feels right at home. She has a particular soft spot for our smaller boarding dogs and loves keeping them up front in Reception whenever possible, where they can enjoy extra attention, cuddles, and companionship throughout the day. Sara also enjoys sending photo updates to their families, helping pet parents stay connected and reassured while their furry loved ones are away.

When she's not at the resort, Sara enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, exploring, and playing ball with her beloved dog, June Bug.

KENNEL ASSISTANT

Chiloh is a dedicated member of the Pawsitively Posh team who truly loves spending time with our guests. Her favorite part of working at the resort is playing with all the dogs and building special connections with each one. She understands that caring for pets is about so much more than feeding and walking them—it's about making them feel loved, safe, and comfortable while they're away from home.

Chiloh takes pride in keeping our facility clean and welcoming, always working hard to ensure every dog feels secure and cared for during their stay. Whether she's playing in the yards, giving extra cuddles, or helping maintain a spotless environment, she brings compassion and attention to everything she does.

Since joining our team, Chiloh has become an upbeat and valued part of the Pawsitively Posh family. Her positive attitude, infectious energy, and genuine love for animals brighten each day for both our staff and the pets in our care. She has a special way of bringing joy wherever she goes, making every day at the resort a little happier.

When she's not at the resort, Chiloh enjoys spending time in the mountains, taking in the beauty of the outdoors and recharging for her next day with the pups she loves so much.

KENNEL ASSISTANT

Meet Kadynce, one of our dedicated Kennel Assistants and an all-around animal enthusiast! Having been a part of Robin and Kayla's lives for many years, Kadynce feels right at home here at Pawsitively Posh. Her lifelong love for animals, combined with her hands-on experience working with a variety of farm animals, makes her a valuable member of our team.

Kadynce has quickly formed strong bonds with many of our rescue pets, and she shares a particularly special connection with Romeo, one of our lovable pittie mixes. Whether she's caring for our rescue animals, helping with daily tasks around the resort, or simply spending quality time with the pets in our care, Kadynce always brings kindness, patience, and compassion to everything she does.

Outside of the resort, Kadynce is a student at South Greene High School, where she proudly participates in the Color Guard. After graduation, she plans to attend college and pursue her dream of becoming a forensic scientist. In her free time, Kadynce enjoys reading, playing softball, taking well-deserved naps, and expressing her creativity through a variety of arts and crafts projects.

Our amazing weekend team member Amy brings warmth, dedication, and a true love for animals to Pawsitively Posh every time she walks through our doors. While she doesn’t currently have dogs enrolled with us, she is a lifelong animal lover whose passion shines through in everything she does.

On weekends, Amy helps keep our facility running smoothly — ensuring laundry is done, spaces stay clean, and every animal receives the attention, comfort, and care they deserve. Especially the cats! Her reliability and upbeat attitude help our weekend operations feel seamless, and our furry guests feel right at home.

We’re so thankful for the compassion and energy Amy brings to her role. She helps us maintain the same high level of care our pets and their families have come to trust — and we’re lucky to have her as part of the Pawsitively Posh family!

CAT CARE SPECIALIST & FACILITY ASSISTANT

Myranda is one of our dedicated Cat Care Specialists, and she takes that title very seriously! With a heart full of compassion and a special love for felines, Myranda is committed to ensuring every cat in our care receives the attention, comfort, and affection they deserve.

While she loves all animals, cats have always held a special place in her heart. Whether caring for a boarding guest or one of our rescue cats, Myranda believes that quality care extends far beyond feeding bowls and cleaning litter boxes. She understands that cats thrive when they receive companionship, enrichment, and individualized attention, and she makes it her mission to provide just that.

You'll often find Myranda spending extra time cuddling shy kitties, engaging playful cats with toys, or simply sitting quietly with those who need patience and reassurance. She believes every cat deserves to feel safe, loved, and valued, and she works hard to build trust and meaningful connections with each feline friend she meets.

When she's not caring for cats at the resort, Myranda enjoys expressing her creative side through music. She loves playing the ukulele and appreciates the joy and relaxation that music brings to her life. Her love for cats continues at home as well, where she shares her life with six feline companions of her own. Living with a half-dozen cats has only strengthened her understanding of feline behavior and deepened her passion for providing exceptional care.

Myranda's dedication, patience, and genuine love for cats make her an invaluable member of our team. We are grateful to have someone who truly understands that every cat deserves more than basic care—they deserve quality time, companionship, and a place where they feel safe, loved, and at home.

PROPERTY MANAGER

Drew has been a dog lover his entire life and is no stranger to caring for animals. His passion for this industry centers around the safety, comfort, and well-being of every pet entrusted to our care. Alongside his best buddy, Duke, Drew helps maintain our property, provides support wherever it is needed, and works behind the scenes to help ensure a safe environment for our staff, clients, and furry guests.

When he's not at the resort, Drew enjoys spending time with family, friends, Robin, and their many pets. He is an avid woodworker who loves designing and building custom pieces, spending time on the water fishing, and cheering on his favorite team—Duke Men's Basketball.

Drew's vision, dedication, and craftsmanship are woven into every corner of Pawsitively Posh. He designed the floor plan for our entire resort and spa, personally constructed each boarding run by hand, and continually works to improve and expand our facility. His commitment to creating a safe, comfortable, and enriching environment for pets is a big part of what makes Pawsitively Posh the special place it is today.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Behind the scenes of Pawsitively Posh, you'll find Cathy—Robin's mother and the organizational heart of our resort. As our Office Administrator, Cathy handles payroll, employee onboarding, legal documentation, finances, inventory management, and countless other responsibilities that help keep everything running smoothly each day.

Known by our team as the resident lunch provider, Cathy also makes it her mission to ensure everyone is well cared for, well supported, and, most importantly, well fed! Her nurturing spirit and dedication help create the family atmosphere that makes Pawsitively Posh such a special place to work and visit.

Outside of the resort, Cathy enjoys spending time with her husband, Chuck, their beloved rescue dog Jax, and traveling with Robin during the resort's quieter seasons. Jax holds a special place in the family, having been rescued by Robin in 2017.

Long before Pawsitively Posh became a reality, Cathy believed in the dream. She worked alongside Robin and Drew from the very beginning, helping design, plan, and bring the full Posh vision to life. Her unwavering support, dedication, and countless hours of hard work have played an essential role in the success of the resort. Simply put, Pawsitively Posh would not be what it is today without Cathy.
