We received a call for help when Sadie’s litter of four had dwindled to a litter of two. Being in a high-traffic area, we are unsure what happened to the other two kittens, but we wanted to ensure the rest were safe. Sadie & her two kittens (Simon & Sally), who were approximately four to five months old at the time, came to our resort and began adjusting to a new indoor life. It didn’t take us long to realize that Sadie was pregnant yet again. On March 12, we welcomed four new baby kittens (Sarge, Sage, Sophie, and Scarlett) to our rescue.

During this time, three abandoned kittens were found in the backyard of a resort friend & brought to us. After cleaning them up, it was determined they were approximately the same age as Sadie’s current litter, and Sadie has taken them in, nursed them, and has accepted them as her own! Once all these babies are fully weaned, Sadie will be spayed and then ready to be adopted.

This little fella was found at a church in Greeneville, TN, and it was clear he needed some Posh TLC! Sasha scooped him up and brought him to us. He was severely underweight and suffering from a skin infection caused by flea bites — but despite it all, his sweet personality shone through.

We received a call about a stray cat seen near the road, with the possibility of being hit by a car. We couldn’t take that risk, so we immediately loaded up and went to get him.

From the moment we brought him in, he’s been nothing short of an angel. He’s gentle, affectionate, and loves being around people — even kids!
