Rufus was one of our more recent rescues. This sweet boy wandered into the back yard of one of our clients. His hair was matted, and he was in dire need of grooming & medical attention. Our clients brought him to us & asked us to help! How could we say no to this face?
One of our groomers, Tammy, stepped in and offered her assistance to make him more comfortable, then we sought out the veterinary care he needed! Our clients requested that we name him Rufus, and we thought it was the perfect old man name for him!
While at our resort, he formed a very special bond with Terry, one of our Kennel Technicians.

Rufus is extremely missed by our whole staff, but especially Terry. He was one of ours, and we will remember him forever.
